How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. It also depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout
RETURN SHIPMENT WINDOW
You may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and items must be received within 21 days of purchase date. Items received after 21 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned.

- All SALE items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
- All orders Ship from NYC -- Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.
- We only accept returns on domestic orders.
- International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. VERAFIED is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
- Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

- All Sales items.
- Returned item received after 21 days of purchase date.
- International orders outside the U.S.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note, the return shipping charges are not refunded unless there is a defect in the merchandise.The shipping label you may print and a label fee will be deducted when your item is processed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.
No price adjustments for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
