Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide!

  • Free US shipping on orders over $100

  • Free international shipping on orders over $300

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic US orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days.

  • International deliveries usually take 7–16 business days, depending on destination.

  • Tracking and delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

Carriers
We partner with trusted major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.


Return Policy

We hope you love your VERAFIED purchase, but if you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be received back within 21 days of the purchase date.

  • Returns received after 21 days, or without the security tag attached, will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  • FINAL SALE items and international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 

  • Domestic US orders are eligible for return; international orders are final sale. As a young, independent brand, every order means a great deal to us. At this stage, we’re unable to support international returns and exchanges because of the high logistical costs and customs challenges involved. Keeping international orders final sale allows us to focus our resources on what matters most — producing our collections in small, carefully made batches and maintaining the highest quality for our customers worldwide.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at customer@wgempire.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.

    • A $12.95 return label fee will be deducted from your refund; however, this fee will be waived if there is any issue with the product (such as damage or defect).

  3. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your item for processing.

  4. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • VERAFIED is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

  • Unauthorized returns may be sent back to you or disposed of.

  • No price adjustments on previous purchases.


Exchange Policy

We’d love to help you find your perfect fit.

  • Exchanges are available for full-priced items.

  • Please email customer@wgempire.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
