If your acetate headband feels a bit too tight, here’s a safe way to gently reshape it for a more comfortable fit:

Warm the Headband: Use a hair dryer on a low-heat setting to carefully warm the acetate. Hold the dryer a few inches away, moving it back and forth to avoid overheating any specific spot. This should make the acetate slightly more pliable.

Gently Adjust: While it’s warm, gently bend the headband outward at the points where it feels tight. Take your time—applying gradual pressure prevents cracking.

Set the Shape: Hold the headband in the new shape for a few moments until it cools and sets. You may need to repeat the warming and adjusting process a couple of times to achieve the ideal fit.
